Florent Thouvenin

Florent Thouvenin is associate professor of information and communications law at the University of Zurich, chairman of the Center for Information Technology, Society, and Law (ITSL) and Director of the Digital Society Initiative (DSI) of the University of Zurich. His main research areas are information law, intellectual property law and unfair competition law with a key focus on data protection and copyright law.
