Sina Blassnig

Sina Blassnig is a Senior Research and Teaching Associate at the Department of Communication and Media Research. Her research focuses on political communication and interactions among politicians, journalists, and citizens in digital communication environments from a comparative perspective. Her dissertation focused on populist online communication. Her current research encompasses projects on algorithmic news recommender systems, media logic, and hate speech.
