First Community Meeting of 2025 – 25th of March

We are happy to invite you to our first community meeting of 2025. The online meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 25th, 13:00 – 14:00h on MS Teams (Team: DSI Community Communication).
We have planned an exciting program for the meeting:
1. We will start with an overview of the community activities in 2025.
2. Dr. Christoph Steinert will present his research on the influence of user language on ChatGPT in the context of the Gaza-Israel war. He will discuss how the language used in query inputs about armed conflicts can affect ChatGPT responses about information related to the conflict. Dr. Steinert is a PostDoc in the International Relations and International Political Economy division at the department of political science.
3. Sergio Bazzurri will give a presentation on his PhD project on “Communicating climate change uncertainty in virtual reality environments. Emotional responses and effects on visualization trust and interpretation”. As a PhD student he is part of the Geographical Information Visualization and Analysis (GIVA) group in the Department of Geography.
